Refund & Return Policy

At Voltix we want to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for. Because we ship our products directly from our global suppliers to keep prices low, we have a streamlined return process.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us @voltixus26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item received.

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately at no additional cost.

2. Returns & "Buyer’s Remorse"

To keep our shipping carbon footprint low and our prices competitive, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first. If a package is deemed lost in transit (no tracking updates for over 30 days), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
